Pre-Commitment Limits & Self-Exclusion

Pre-Commitment Limits

As part of the Ladbrokes customer care principles and responsible gambling practices, we have a pre-commitment limit mechanism which allows you to set the maximum amount that you can deposit with us.

Setting a deposit limit on your Ladbrokes account can be a positive way to ensure gambling remains a pleasurable form of entertainment and controlling your gambling.

Ladbrokes customers can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. A daily limit means that 24 hours must elapse from when you reach the limit before you can deposit again. A weekly limit is the total amount you can deposit in seven consecutive days.

By doing this, you are in control of how much you have to wager with and can keep your finances well-balanced and minimise at risk behaviour like over-extending your gambling limits.

How To Set Pre-Commitment Limits

To set your pre-commitment limit online, simply:

  1. Log in to your Ladbrokes account
  2. Go to Set Pre-Commitment Limit page
  3. Select the deposit limit dollar amount
  4. Select the deposit limit frequency
  5. Click ‘Set Deposit Limit’ to submit your request

Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service and requesting a limit to be applied.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
